W28 forum activity

Well, I wanted to stop by and see what's going on with you guys to whom I gave months ( don't know for how long for sure, weed, you know ) and after going through a couple of threads found out that W28 isn't that active anymore.
What happened people?
In my days W28 forum had days, weeks, when it was more exciting than the game itself.
I would have gone to write a reply only to find out that 3 ( or more ) replies have been added during.
Topics were created like mushrums after the rain ( DA had at least 5 going on all the time ), tiaco, cookie, etc. etc. were producing posts like a factory ( yes, I've seen you 2 are still around ), but now - it seems like everything is slowly dying.
Don't let that happn to this world. You all might not get it yet, but forum activity is probably 50% of a reason why a certain world is interesting.

seems the old stuff no longer having an effect.... I got something stronger though

This forum lost 90% of its good, active posters and they were replaced by half-wits who don't like long-posts-which-are-often-long.

Nice to see you again though weed

Plus the fact there are no official wars (for any of the 4 main tribes/families)

No, you can't talk about those things that rhyme with "transactions" and contribute to a ban! Other wise you get more "transactions" rhyming things and get banned! :icon_eek: :icon_confused:

In fairness, with nothing to really talk about, it's not really tooo surprising that the forum's gotten quiet - happens to all worlds sooner or later.

A world forum will never die even though there is no event going on.

If your world is full of Forum Trolls/Spammers/No Life People...no matter what happen...your WOrld Forum will be active!

Meh, its not even war at the moment.. Just a couple of villages to either side (and yes 100-200 is a couple when you consider the size of both tribes and the time period in which those villages have changed hands). MTS are brown dots to DRINK! and DRINK! are brown dots to MTS. I am sure if those figures started to sway masively in one direction then the other side would actually focus alot more on the opposing side. By my understanding at the moment, especially from a DRINK! perspective is that we are just having a little fun.

I am sure that both tribes would be capable of taking over 500 villages in one hit if war officially broke out. :icon_twisted:

Bahhh, the class of your average forum poster went with it.

Now it just seems 70% of the time it's some chump who can do little more than spell pretty much every word wrong in their post and resorts to cheap insults.
