Best Tribe:
1- OKBI - Great leaders, great individual players and good teamwork means they can combine their efforts to do big things on this world
2- ModWar - Love these guys, they love to fight, they are logical friendly and great players.
3- ~T~ - Some big moves made to get them where they are now. They have a decent lineup of players and i can see them merging with Nyuk down the line getting quite a solid tribe together which would control the east to south segment of the world.

Best Player:
1- HitLab - Consistent monster performance from a great player.
2- Rebel58 - Top player, aggressive and he makes his ODA count by getting the villages.
3- ying-ling - See above

Best Leader
1- Ads/Matt/Dauthi - Ads and Matty are great motivators and organisers while Dauthi is a master strategist.
2- RP/hagermaster2 - Big fan of Facilitator and RP from the start picking them out at an early stage to stand out for excellence. Great forum presence and tribe.
3- Rabidwolff - Gets a lot of stick for the decisions he has made with IDS along the way but I think he is doing extremely well managing the players he has. I doubt they're are near the caliber of the vast majority of players (with a few exceptions) but they actively defend as a unit and try to use whatever tribes are around them to aid in a David vs Goliath war.

Worst Tribe (Top 20)
1- LAW 1 - I have nothing good to say about any of these tribes. They have absolutely no redeeming features as far as the game is concerned so i rank them the worst.

3- thryk - i put thryk in here because he is confrontational. When posters antagonize a tribe just to get a rise out of their members and flame them, it can lead to players posting in haste or coming across overly aggressive and arrogant. thryk is always one of the players who get caught in this trap and respond when there is no need to respond. He drags on a dead flame which if ignored will go away. So the problem isn't necessarily his posts, but that he encourages bad posts.
