no tribe will ever get to 10,000 members, i mean it doesn't take long for the amount of members on a world to drop quickly.
W40 is the oldest world with over 10k people still playing.
(except w21 but thats just an anomaly)
and not enough people will bend over and except a huge tribe, most of us have enough sense not to join.
