You're only on one map so restricting that color to you causes more harm than good. Get onto more maps and you can have it though if it's still open. Teal and Blue have also been freed up due to this.

I sadly can't mark that. With early game tribes vary far too much and since ~TCL~ only have them listed as personal allies, even though the other two claim brother tribe not, the tribe they claim to be the brother of do not confirm it.
