Forums have been a bit boring as of late full of flaming/trolling and nothing particularly productive; bar the recent declarations, so I'm hoping to inject a bit of light hearted competition!
Anyway, idea comes from w56 and I've now stolen it from 2hot, who stole it from adamh6262, who stole it from congo years before that!
"I figured this forum is starting to go quiet, perhaps it's time to start something new and fresh. So, without further ado, let the world 83 cup commence! The premise is simple, 20 players have been entered, and it's up to the world 83 public to decide which of them is the greatest warrior of them all. I have selected the top 20 players to compete. Each player will be randomly pitted in a match against another via a number generator, and it's up to you to decide who would win each match up in a one on one fight. You can put as much or as little research into each match as you like, just try not to be too circumstantial when you're voting (ie. don't just vote for the player with more villages, imagine they're starting on a level pegging with say 100 villages each). After approximately 72 hours I will count up the votes and start the next round. The winner of match one will play the winner of match two, and so on."

Rather than me randomly picking 12 extra players to compete I'll leave it for you guys/gals to nominate your favourites. Make sure when you nominate someone they aren't already in the top 20 as they will already be participating. Either after enough people have been nominated or 48 hours has passed (whichever comes first) I'll post a new thread and the competition will begin! As a bonus I will include wildcard rounds where you will also be able to vote for players and groups not in the original competition.
TL/DR: pick 12 extra people to partake in this years world cup.
