Won't happen, for one obviously can't attack when shes banned.

you can still log in.
So, if this attack is made when he was your sitter,
it means nothing,
you can still launch the attack on your own.
Check the logins, if you've loged-in before the attack,
then chances are the attack was launch by you instead of lefan.

attacking allies
According to the mails,
you DID attack allies.
This is what I've seen so far:
1. Dunker attacked a ally of PTT-ES
2. Then Dunker want to join PTT-ES to avoid the attacks
3. lefan says "We are very respect our alliance" (We respect our alliance greatly)
4. lefan tell the allies that they can attack dunker for ten days.
5. lefan tell Dunker that if he can survive 10 days then he can be a member of PTT-ES
6. Dunker can't handle the attacks alone and ask lefan for help and ask lefan as his sitter.
7. while lefan was sitting his account, he found out that Dunken was weak, over 15000 points and only has 1000 troops.
8. lefan kicked Dunker, because the tribe don't need weak members.
The above is what I have understand.
If I've misunderstood something, please tell me.

Funny though, that lefan was attacking Keogh during this whole time, slowly nobling/trying to noble his villages. Then dunker comes out of no where to attack one of Keogh's villages with his whole army, during the time when dunker was told to survive against these allies he'd apparently upset (so why would dunker launch such a silly attack when he's get more pressing matters to deal with?).
The whole point is if lefan did something wrong, and it seems to me that when this happened:

You have a good point,
but I don't think lefan, one of the top players in TW,
need to do this.
He knows the rules well, knows that attack the same player with two accounts is illegal and will get banned,
so why taking the risk?
The reward is way too low for the risk,
its not worthy to do it.
Although Keogh is a strong enemy, lefan is having the advantage,
though slowly, he IS nobling Keogh's village.
So why risking his whole career in W7 to destroy only 1000 troops and sending nearly harmless attacks to Keogh?
It's like robbing the store for a bag of potato chips.
This is what I'm thinking:
1. Dunker attacked an ally of PTT-ES
2. The ally of PTT-ES attacked Dunker, so Dunker asked to join PTT-ES to avoid the attacks.
3. lefan asked Dunker to defend the attacks for 10 days
4. Dunker can't handle the attacks and ask lefan to help him as a sitter
5. lefan is a nice guy, so he accept the request of being Dunker's sitter, and try to help him out.
6. lefan found out Dunker is way too weak, so he kicked him out of the tribe
7. Now Dunker is helpless and is mad at lefan for kicking him out of the tribe
8. Dunker thinks "If I die, you're going to die with me."
9. Dunker attacks lefan's target and didn't terminate the account sitting, and incriminates him to this crime.(I think this is why lefan said "backstab")
10.lefan got banned.

What I wanna know is why Lefan asked Dunker to defend the attacks for 10 days. If a tribe is pitched against one player then that player has little(if not no) chance. If he wanted to destroy Dunker then why didn't he just attack Dunker. If he wanted to help Dunker why not ask the other tribe to stop attacking and take him in and if Lefan wanted to leave dunker to his own death when he found out how weak he was why didn't he do it by asking the tribe to leave him alone till the sitting was over and then letting them doing what ever they want with him?

The problem with this theory is that dunker wasn't kicked out of PTT when his kamikazi attack hit keogh.
Keogh noticed the incoming to his main on July 07th, and they hit July 8th.
Later on on July 8th, an incoming on Keogh's main hit from lefan.
The timing is just too coincidental. Unfortunately for lefan, he drastically underestimated Keogh's defenses, and the kamikazi attack from dunker really didn't effect Keogh at all.
I should also say (since i've posted this publically now), that this was almost certainly the single biggest battle on the server so far.

How do you login while someone is still account sitting? I thought if you logged in that it automatically terminated the sitting (this is what I remember from the one time I had someone sit - I wanted to check in on my status in the middle of my trip, but thought I couldn't or I'd boot him from sitting for me).

The reason that allowing the other tribe to attack Dunker for 10 days is because the other tribe is a ally of PTT-ES, you can't just take refugees from your ally like that, so lefan let the ally attack him for 10 days.
Maybe it's a test for Dunker?
I think because PTT-ES is at war with BTW which is a strong tribe,
so a guy that has 15000+ points might be a good reinforcement.
I believe he doesn't want to destroy him at first.

Despite all the guessing and theories, I think the best way to clarify the truth,
is to check the IP when the attack was launched;
