Ehrm if we all started playing actively again... I predict nobody going to see their family for a long time, everyone developing insomnia, everyone getting fired from their job or thrown out of school... Yeah I'm not sure I like your idea. :icon_wink:

And no, I don't watch the Olympics... Only sport worth mentioning is football. :icon_razz:

TW doesn't even exist anymore. The tribe disbanded and split up awhile ago. What's left is pretty much less then 1/2 of what TW was. Take your tribe, lose more then 1/2 your members and split it into 3 tribe. Then have every large tribe attack it and see if you don't get your ass kicked. LOL!! When you were fighting the full force of TW it was not getting its ass kick. If I remember correctly, you switched tribes like 3 times. The fact remains, the world is dying and barbies are popping up everywhere.

You can hardly say inactivity play no part, when the other thread shows a not-so-nice increase of the barbarian horde by 1600+ villages a week. :icon_neutral:

And a map unfortunately will show that about 90% of those that join the barbarian horde is located in ex-TW-area.

They're the 8th ranked tribe. So yes, they do exist. I still wouldn't cry like a baby when it happened. I've actually switched tribes a lot. It happens when I get bored of the people in a tribe. I fail to see how that relates to this though?

I never once said inactivity played no part. I just asked why he keeps pointing it out. Every one knows it, why keep saying it?


Jirki: I never did understand the appeal of TW, at it's prime. Being in it meant you were in a sea of blue, with few chances of attacking and growing.

that was half the problem... the sea of blue got too big and most players didnt like jumping out of their comfort zone.. and not actually realising the benefit of doing so... do you think i ever had a defensive troop in any of my 1000 k73/63/74 villages? na, they were doing their job... defending my front lines...

imagine if we did all come back... man... my divorce would be in post... she saw me playing w42 the other day... oh man.. the abuse!....lol

LOL!! I know that feeling. Even more so now with a little girl on my lap. My wife hates me playing this game.

As for the sea of blue, that pretty much the reason why TW started attacking ATEN. People got bored of not seeing any enemies and having any action besides nobling barbies and members who've left. I didn't understand all the other tribal attacks though. Whatever, it's just a game. In a war game you really don't need much reasoning.

Okay.

Let's stop talking about this now. Seriously, this is getting kinda old.

Last year it was dieing down, now all I see are people who have already quit the game but are still posting.

It's really not worth it.

Let 'The World' revive itself without the shadow of the past, and let the others get bored and start a new war.

Note: Talking about quitting is not quitting.

To quit requires context. If you're referring to quitting in general, then no, people never really quit. However, in the context of this world and the events that have long passed, quitting is very possible.

As each smaller rock falls into the puddle, the ripples continue to bounce. They fade, but don't stop bouncing.

This world is being revived all the time, simply on smaller and smaller scales because the sample size is reduced from what we're used to.
