Score? If you're talking about XP to rank up, which I am assuming that you are, then of course it counts. Challenges would be useless to accomplish without the reward of XP.

Leaderboard is only score, XP is for ranking.

Im like 7 ranks ahead of the nearest person with my "Score" but yet, ive got 300k XP.
