- found out that my water company is going to shut off my water tomorrow because my landlord has stopped paying the water bill plus I am not allowed to pay the water company myself because reasons. I'm defeinently not going to have water for god knows how long. how is this legal?

+ it's raining after several years of drought
- the town rats have taken residence in the crawl space between the roof and the ceiling of my bedroom. they scurry around up there like there is no tomorrow 24/7 and keep us awake, rofl. reminiscent of when my rabbit he kept scuttling underneath our beds and pounded a tattoo on the floor at night.
