The question is so often asked that most servers have a pined answer at the top.
Saying it is not known when until it is announced but generaly speaking a new world is starting every 2 months (on the dutch servers that is)
Not sure what the rate is here but you can kinda check last few normal worlds and see what the rate is based on that.
