Where is there two? One is where the maps are located while the other is the map discussion.

Yes, there should only be one map discussion right now. One is called "official map thread" and that's where people posts map, but they don't discuss them. The other is called "official map discussion" and that's where people discuss the maps. So there's only one I believe.

Having two threads makes it easier for the reader.
One does not need to scroll from so many opininons just to look for maps and one does not need to download such images (especially for those who have slow connections) in order to discuss them.
