W81 was a world pretty much devoid of any talented players though. And from what I hear, one of the worst worlds in recent tw memory. And lets be honest, that really is saying something :icon_biggrin:
What 25 mentioned on a previous page still seems to be true. Fairly poor players being brought up.
You must have been hearing from one of the sore losers from w81

It was a lot of fun for me as duke of LRO there. Power Ranger White aka MikeBenji was there, along with myself and one of the best early game players Ive ever seen, Copayne. Dude was like 2-3x bigger than rank 2 early game and then got gang banged haha. He did some stupid stuff though, extremely long distance nobling while playing 100% offense early game. He grew crazy fast, farmed like mad, and it paid off in ranking but he gave up all defense in the process. Some others that were good were tomily, bigcheese, channel 4 news team, and some others that I cant remember at the moment.
When talkin about the best player of all time, all anyone can do is speak about people they have personally seen in action. So in my experience the best player's I've seen would be these -
Early game -
Copayne
Tomily
Blindrage
Mid-late game -
Mintcream
Power Ranger White / Mike Benji
Bigcheese (team of 3 people)
Paperboy (guns for hire on w75 and he uses diff names everyworld but is an amazing player, zero external usage though)
These are players that I think can do great things regardless of what tribe they are in. When it comes to leadership it would be a different list (Mintcream would be at the top of that too though). It seems like this thread is more about greatest individuals though, not about leadership. Being the most incredibly skilled player does not guarantee a win because a team of noobs who work as one can destroy any single player, it happens every world where an awesome player gets catapulted or nobled early game and they are done simply because they did not make the social connections they needed to survive, nothing to do with skill.
