Considering the 60 player tribe limit, is there hope for players new to .net to get into a tribe with any hope at all or should i give up and wait for a new world on my original server?

there's absolutely hope. as long as your active and not a jerk, you can be an asset to any tribe. no tribe is gunna have 60 of those types of members. PP helps too.
