You may be pleased to know that premium points are tied to your account no matter what world you're playing!
What this means that if you end W113 for example with 500 premium points if you were to play W114 (or any world) you'd still have your 500 premium points.

Actually, a big thing people do on tribal wars is they play a new world solely to sell their resources in the market for premium points that they can use them in another world!
People will sell resources until they have at least 4000 premium points. Then they will join another or the same world a little later in the game (when it's possible to buy 1000 resources for 1 PP) so that they are on the rim, and can boost their village using the premium points. It's easy to quickly out grow the others and noble villages before everyone else.
