World 10

In the W9 announcement thread it explained that a faster W1 setting server would soon be released as World 10. These settings sound great, and I'd like to know when we can expect it to be opened? I'm hoping it's soon! :icon_biggrin:

WHY!!!!!!!!!!

I don't understand that after every world you people hunger for another! you just got a new world!!! go play that!!!!! don't sit here and whine about getting ANOTHER one. honestly....Worlds usually come out every other month i would say. I'm not sure but you have enough worlds for now so don't bother for another month.

i disagree for now.
when we have ten worlds its time to rest. let people figure it out. if you can't survive in one world STOP CLOGGING UP THE NEXT! especially if your just going to quit that one too.

w9 protection isnt even over! why does everyone just want more worlds! how about just be content for a while. w9 opened just 2 days ago! at this rate TW will be so big they wont be able to keep up! besides starting in a new world sux.

Well from what I see w10 is going to be the world of all worlds. I have had many players coming up asking me to join preformed tribes for that world. I personally dont have the time for another world at the moment, but depending on the start date I may feel my way into that world and try and find a competent tribe. But I can see people anxious for this world with the new settings and 2x speed. Should be an interesting world, its not like they make the same one over and over.

We don't hunger for another. Some people don't like the settings on some of the new one's. So whats wrong with wanting the faster server with W1 settings?

Different settings, bud. It is the old type system with 2x settings.

Well, I think he said he quit the w6 forums. Also not to mention, he stated that he may come on to post every so often. So shove it, stirfry.

world ten will not be for the new people, i hope they clarify that.

Actually Hoodoo posted something about w10 launch in the announcement for the w9 world. So these people arent being needy, they are simply commenting on what they saw the Head Admin post.

Well i have the feeling W10 will be vey interestings. Its going to attract a lot of the "veteran" players to it and will hopefully make it the best world so far but we can onl wait and see...

Hopefully tomorrow (I can start it if it begins this week, otherwise meh...), but most likely within the first week or two in August.

2x speed sounds great though... Slow enough to play without sleep mode, but fast enough to be a lot of fun.

Why would they start it when the majority of English people (it is the English Version after all) go on holiday in August?

Start of September when everyone is miserable again due to school/colder weather, would be an ideal time to start, but this is logical thinking not profitable thinking.
