World 23/24

Can anybody help me deliver a message to my friend? He plays in W24 and W23, so I have no means of contacting him (the worlds are closed for joining), can anybody help me out here? Or is there a way to communicate between worlds? It's an important message I need to get to him in the next few days. Thanks.

EDIT: Unfortunately he doesn't use these forums, or his forum name is not the same as his user name. Is there no other way?
