Uruguay VS South Korea -not sure on the strength of Uruguay but South Korea seems to be fairing quiet well

United States VS Ghana Id say US but Ghana is heavily favored by the refs

Holland VS Slovakia -easy win

Brazil VS Chile - easy win

Germany VS England- good game but after their weak performance against US i believe Germany will make quick work out of them

Argentina VS Mexico- easy win

Paraguay VS Japan- again...not very informed on paraguay but Japan has impressed me with their underdog pulltrough

Spain VS Portugal a toughone
