World Needs More People

i think they should just merge all of the servers and make us one big community and leave us alone. Inno don't care about TW because it's not going to generate enough revenue to invest in so they just keep it ticking.

And that's why they implemented a huge new feature called flags last world :icon_rolleyes:

This has been discussed over and over and over again. It's very clutered, so it might take a while until it peaks.

Who said no hauls was popular? the 5% who flood the forum?

This game was killed off long ago with worlds coming out all the time, premade tribes in numbers, co playing accounts, grow barb worlds.
Its too late to go backwards now.

I'm not sure, it would be possible to have a pure classic world, but at the same time the first few worlds are still going with no sign of an end, I think the real problem is now that people know what to do they exceed the point of where they find it enjoyable, or to the point where they get taken out by more experienced players that grow faster, I think a possible good way to bring something back to the game is to open a new world restricting experienced players from joining to give newer players a chance, although it would in no doubt be exploited.

My gameplay has never been affected by a smaller world, starting on the rim with no hauls isn't that big as an advantage as on a haul world anyways. Plus I don't see the problem in a possible fast world ending.

i think worlds take to long to end! i played 3 yrs on 28,it took 6 yrs to end ( in a tie),lol.almost all players i played with and kept in touch with said they were done with TW as it takes to long and i surely agree.eccept for the die hards, lol.

i find when you put that much effort into a world for that amount of time, you don't have much will or dedication for another, just my opinion gang:)

don't forget about the $200 in PP i spent,is it really worth it?

Smaller worlds that end quicker would be better.... not faster speed just less K's... as has been said who wants to dedicate 3+ years to an internet game.... how many players actually enjoy running multi million point accounts?...

Worlds that lasted 6 months would have more chance of players sticking to the end... could have level of worlds.. level 1 anyone can join.. level 2 only accounts that have finished a world ranked top 100 or some such.... etc, etc... that way it would encourage the experienced to keep to the higher level worlds and give the new players a chance to learn on worlds with a lower standard of player...

and you think it's a good thing ??? that will stop any new player from joining ,they killing the game. they had kill this game when they add the growing barbs. on early world you could do good , even being on the top 20 with out doing a lot of farming. i remember when the world used to get full . those growing brab killed the game a lot of people stop playing since then. .. i know i stop playing when they add those and i know for a fact that the number of the players droops a lot since then.

i think its something to do with all the exp players just nobleing or catin the new players before they know whats happing . there no point joining a world if you know some exp player or tribe is just gona run over you. And with all the pre-reg tribes u thought one or two could make proper academy tribes to teach new players the game and make them want to play the next world ..instead of join,rim,join.rim. theres no fun in that. but what do i know eh?

In my honest opinion there is no simple solution to increasing interest in the game without changing everything about the game the current players enjoy. Innogames has multiple online games and many styles where players can choose what they like to play. For TW by itself, the only way to ensure its continued existence is to continue playing it and paying for it, donating your time and a little change here and there to play a fun game.

But you look at TW and you see a major age bracket with the most active, once people reach a certain age and are onto an actual career their love TW has to go and they are forced to quit because of this. I have almost quit too because of my career (until i lost my job :( )

I just hope all the big name forum and game users stick around, thats the only way I will be sticking around too!

I disagree, most of the staff are involved in a career and many players I have encountered play in the hardest times to find extra time, particularly late-highschool through college and beginnings of careers and on. The only age group I haven't encountered in the "elite" is below 12 (just an example age) where the knowledge isn't learned easily enough. I've had 3 great players in my tribe on 3 different occasions that were over 65, and the vast majority 20-50. That time frame is also where the most have to quit, but I think that has more to do with the amount of players in that bracket.

THe core on this world is more dense and active than most worlds, there are hardly any barbs in the core whatsoever and tons of active players are stuck in the middle, and this is likely a result of the no choice in starting direction. Once more people start getting nobled and rimmed hopefully the world will expand a bit more.

I agree 100% with you, until 2 or more tribes take control of the core you wont see much happening.

ive walked away from the game on numerous occasions only to be brought back, alot also depends on how you felt when you leave it.

I have made numerous friends on the game and quite a few of my old teachers are still stuck on previous worlds or have just walked away from it all together.

If there can be something implemented to separate the single players from the co played accounts and create different worlds for those in kind, then the games popularity may just pick up again.

Whilst you have accounts that can outgrow others so rapidly, there will always be people that quit as soon as they are nobled or threatened by a neighbor that is 3 times larger.
No one wants to play a game they know they cant win, the others that have no problem with that are the ones that have settled with knowing they cant win and either enjoy the challenge of getting into a #1 tribe or just the fun of war.

I dont like pre-mades and I dont like co-playing, never have, never will, but while I have never won any worlds, I have been in tribes that have won twice, and currently in another that looks promising.
I am in the minority, and in the past 2 weeks have witnessed just how my opinions have been validated when I learned my brother decided to play and he is juggling school and friends with trying to play TW, we started at the same time, I am now ready for my first noble and he is at 1K points. It's the players in his category that Innogames will have to further target to gain its target numbers. As I said the only way to do it is to somehow separate single players to co played accounts.
