The first month. As mentioned prior, I was a noob and it made things a lot more interesting.

Lack of interest at the later stages. Inactivity...

Making friendships that will continue beyond the world.

Mr -core- and Jeff (phoenix) are awsome and a real pleasure to work with. But lately I have great admiration for -moni- - does alot of behind the scenes things and keeps that rable in check...

I have to say the war I enjoyed the most was against LOST - Rai Kun and Lakewind who were original lost made it a touch fight.... I remember taking in Beachyme when she had no defence and was been pounded to death, and together with -core- and beachy, we turned it around - look were it is now...

11) If you could go back and relive any period of time on this world, which would it be and why?
The early part of the world - i wouldn;'t have joined SGAHMR = such a prat of a duke

Trying to run a £20m business at the same time is challenging...

Masterminding the early victories on LOST, BC, PG, etc etc etc... and finally UN and NMS.

Respect and treat people as you would like to be treated - we feel we have respect within the tribe which is one reason for its success.

Jeff - mastermind in dialogue, and -core- for pushing into the role in the first place.

Not Really - would like to see more players who fight back.

Give it 18 months is my view

Personally I have never seen anyone other than Kata winning the world. Although there is a long way to go.

8.9 - its good, but would be better if it was slightly quicker as the support rule and churchs make long distance nuking a bit pointless and easy to defend against.

w56 with da a bunch o' me ol' crew, have thoughts 'bout w57 but nothin confirmed.

Have been playin TW on and off since w2, me 2nd longest TW lifetime been in w13 where me benefited from openeye's teachU.

RUM!! up 'till da original hater quitted, as af'er that we lost a lot o' morale and been hangin on us pure stamina o' takin hits from every side. Currently Ahoy!! fills a refreshin breeze in me hollow chest, and kata comes close ta be called a 2nd home purely due ta da friendships me've built tharrrr!!!

Phoenix2050 aka Jeff, just mentionin him should be an 'nough explanation ta his awesomeness! though he failed ta read/reply ta some o' me spam mails and "updates"

the ssh when me been in Kata, did nay last long, we barely touched each othar, but loved how he thought me attacks be "predictable" and then woke up ta see johnsince's vills eaten up!

it been like scarificin a static knight in chess in return o' clearin out a bunch o' pawns fer yer queen and rooks ta move in on da backlines.

11) If you could go back and relive any period of time on this world, which would it be and why?
it would be a month 'fore RUM!! declared war on IAlone, mainly 'cause that be when we should've declare, a month earlier than we actually did. This woulda gave us mo' advanced ground than NMS gained at da time, and then when war been over me would've maintained da NAP with NMS and mopped up RUM!!'s keel 'fore facin off da Nemesis!

Maintainin good spirit and attemptin ta keep da crew motivated durin late stages o' our war with NMS.

Da friendships me've built, da trust me gained from me crew, da experiences me enjoyed, and da lessons me learned.

hard one... it been a collection o' folks, but one bastard shared a common mentality with da rest and he would be da original "the biggest hater", who me now joyfully be co-playin his acct with a cutthroat buccaneer!

very much, tho woulda prefered me own alternate version that most probably would've been achieved if'n road B been taken than road A 'round 1.5 years ago.

Depends whatcha mean by soon? but can see 'nother year 'less everyone ends up joinin kata... then it'll be dependin on how soon they can sink me galleon! ARRR!!!

Me consider that me've already won this world, experienced me longest TW lifetime in't, met da best crew, fought in different sides, and matured as a leader.

depends what ratin system or pointa view ta consider. On da difficulty level it'd score 10/10, on da "suitable fer all innogames costumers" it'd score a 5/10, too harsh settings require lotsa patience and stamina ta achieve a "true" success.

I am not active atm but you never know.. I suddenly have too much time and too little to do after a foot surgery :/

I will at least visit every once in a while and there are some players I like and respect still active I will cheer for.

Well, far from enough. I played a bit in W15 and 31 but this is the first one I played a bit semi-serious.

Can`t remember exactly.. but in a team game like this, it should not matter. There are great players here with lower rankings but they have made great accomplishments (for example -MonI-). I usually check on ODA/OD in total ranks of the actives.

8) Which was/is your favourite tribe and why?
After how things turned out over these 2 years, I would say favorite group of players rather than mentioning a favorite tribe.

9) Who were/are your favourite leaders and why?
The leadership in Kata as a whole without naming any preticular - they complete eacother.

10) Who were/are your favourite opponents and why?
I have to say Xdna16 on this one. He is/was very persistant and offensive and there was almost none vill avoided getting nuked/catted (by him) of the account I played non-stop in around 3 months (he got help of course but still..) and he was almost always on toes while having a large front fighting several players - But yet still polite and descent as person. I wish the guy all the best.

11) If you could go back and relive any period of time on this world, which would it be and why?
The first year of this world. Having a right approach when it comes to diplomacy was far more important then I`ve could ever imagine.

Balancing rl with TW activity..

*bittersmile* I would say that I have failed.

1.Machiavelism triumphes over naivety

There are several.

Both yes and no. With all due respect; far too many wants to join winning side instead of sticking it out for better or worse.

I wouldn`t say "soon" but the time left is just a countdown for one tribe gathering most of the strongest players in a working organization to take out the remainings.
I am guessing that will take about a bit over a year.

Kata. Having an intact leadership with quite lot knowledge of what it takes to win.

I started on w38 and was there a year before joining w40... I had about 100k before losing all my villages there

Px... we (the council) got along fabulously and would stay up most of the night working on solving the worlds problems on skype lol

Atrata & JBH1977, neither of which are around anymore... The three of us got along very well until the poop hit the fan...

Rum. Hands down. Yes they were bigger than us, yes they tried to attack us constantly, but after Rum was gone, Kachine was a fun guy to talk to. Would have loved to have been in a tribe run by him at some point...
11) If you could go back and relive any period of time on this world, which would it be and why?
I would go back to the beginning of Px when we were still fighting Rum... There was excitement in the virtual air of the council room... the odds were stacked against us and we were (albeit slowly) beating them...

Continuing after all the other Px leaders quit. To me it felt like a betrayal... Everything was going good, excellent in fact, and the next thing I know, they all announce they were quitting and/or handing their accounts over to someone else...

Still being here obviously, so many other have had to either quit for personal reasons or got nobled out...

Don't trust anyone with everything, even your "best" friends can betray you.

I really couldn't pinpoint one person... Most of us were (and still are to some) noobs when we started and we taught ourselves and each other...

Heck yeah, NMS disbanding was the best thing that has happened so far!

Not really... I think there will be a lot of attacks come the point where we get half priced nobles and everyone will be nobling like mad, but the Kata family have a lot to get through still... and who knows what will happen come next week or next month...

I think the obvious answer would be the Kata family, but lately there have been rumblings that everything is not going as well as it appears... However, I wouldn't put it past them to start such rumors themselves...

A year ago I would have given it a 9 (i hate churches!) but now that things are the way they are I'd say about a 6 or a 7...

TFOA, Started off one of the first tribes in this world and stood by an ally even though he was of no use to us and fought defending them from Kata an 3 other tribes, completely destroying one. I was a baron but we lost against kata who were 5 x our size.

RIP the demon because he gave out the order to die fighting against Kata, krats because he was wise, King Liam of Ireland because he'll declare war on anyone, and my tutor in W28 because he taught me how to play.

=AR=, At TFOA even though they were bigger we destroyed them, it was by far the funnest war, oh and I fought WM one my own since my tribe wasn't too close, all my troops were away supporting King Liam when they attacked but I still managed to keep a stronghold in k11, luckily I was clever enough to noble a village in k21 near my allies when heat built up between my small tribe and WM where nearly all my villages are around that refuge villa

I tried my best to pretend I was a kid so people would feel sympathetic until when I was big enough to defend properly I announced my true age.

Fighting on while my best mates died around me against kata.

I survived WM with barely any troops left.

I'll be around until my last village is nobled... mostly because i hate starting out on new worlds and i've put so much time into this one (but maybe not a lot of effort lol)
6) How experienced were you when you started w40?
I started on w38 and was there a year before joining w40... I had about 100k before losing all my villages there
7) What was your highest ranking?
Its my current ranking at 2.99 mil
8) Which was/is your favourite tribe and why?
Px... we (the council) got along fabulously and would stay up most of the night working on solving the worlds problems on skype lol
9) Who were/are your favourite leaders and why?
Atrata & JBH1977, neither of which are around anymore... The three of us got along very well until the poop hit the fan...
10) Who were/are your favourite opponents and why?
Rum. Hands down. Yes they were bigger than us, yes they tried to attack us constantly, but after Rum was gone, Kachine was a fun guy to talk to. Would have loved to have been in a tribe run by him at some point...
11) If you could go back and relive any period of time on this world, which would it be and why?
I would go back to the beginning of Px when we were still fighting Rum... There was excitement in the virtual air of the council room... the odds were stacked against us and we were (albeit slowly) beating them...
12) What are some of the personal challenges you've had to face on this world?
Continuing after all the other Px leaders quit. To me it felt like a betrayal... Everything was going good, excellent in fact, and the next thing I know, they all announce they were quitting and/or handing their accounts over to someone else...
13) What would you deem to be your greatest success on this world?
Still being here obviously, so many other have had to either quit for personal reasons or got nobled out...
14) What is the most important lesson that you've learned on W40?
Don't trust anyone with everything, even your "best" friends can betray you.
15) Who was the person that had the most influence on you personally, and why?
I really couldn't pinpoint one person... Most of us were (and still are to some) noobs when we started and we taught ourselves and each other...
16) Do you like where the world is now?
Heck yeah, NMS disbanding was the best thing that has happened so far!
17) Do you see this world ending any time soon?
Not really... I think there will be a lot of attacks come the point where we get half priced nobles and everyone will be nobling like mad, but the Kata family have a lot to get through still... and who knows what will happen come next week or next month...
18) Who do you believe will win this world, why?
I think the obvious answer would be the Kata family, but lately there have been rumblings that everything is not going as well as it appears... However, I wouldn't put it past them to start such rumors themselves...
19) If you could rate this world on a scale of 1-10, what would your rating be? Why?
A year ago I would have given it a 9 (i hate churches!) but now that things are the way they are I'd say about a 6 or a 7...
