Of course not char, there are several worlds who have more.

Mods keep changing is a very common thing and it doesn't have anything to do with the behaviour of player in that world, afterall they can just infract or ban you

ofc not, just stated the obvious. Because W13 has several mods changes doesn't means W13 is the big bad ass compared to others world. You should probably go out, play and posts in other worlds so you can see.
