Hey, since these forums are pretty much dead now (party due to the flame hungry barb nubs), I decided I might as well create a new thread. Basically, since the world has reached end game, would be a nice time to talk about the tribes some of us were part of here in this world and comment on them. Perhaps even comment on the tribes we weren't in. Even bring in comparisons or similarities with tribes in earlier worlds. So here I go with an example:

Nuts - Shit

Barb - Shit

MM - Shit

TPL - Soo shit

ChAoS - Awesome

I will most probably update ^ that later with the real stuff, plus I am not sure whether people would like to do this. Anyhow I shall update mine eventually anyhow. So comment people if you like people.

Ill Just do tribes i was in.

Rip2 (WIN)- Awesome tribe. Duked by dylan and justin, and throw in a baron named mango munch, whats not to love? Lots of start up noobs tho that got rimmed early on (-Nuk3-, ode6).

Purrr(and w/e the tribe was before brad made his own tribe and invited us all instead of just taking over like a normal person would have done)- id rate this a solid 3-4/10. Poor poor poor leadership, bunch of useless ego members.

Undecided- Basically the same as purrr.

TPL- Awesome tribe. Was great fun to be a part of. It was great having a group of reliable members, that toughed it out even when me and justin didn't tell them of plans to merge with barb, or even barb declaring as we didn't want to give false hope. So really nice to have people stick around when the going gets tough. Would be honored to be with them again in the future.

Barb- This tribe seems great. Been in it for a few weeks and am enjoying it. Has a few internalling noobs tho (styx, hardly worth it :p). Jess is great and probably wouldn't mind being in a future tribe of hers if she made one

I'll also do mostly just mine:

T_T - Average rim tribe, but there are 3 accounts left, Akatosh, Brodnob Is Icy, and Vesdwar. Merged into N-P, though I still think we should have joined NOPE and Mental and declared on them.

N-P - Was there only a short while before they got wrecked by a combination of Mental and NOPE before they created c0nan. Mental wasn't really that great of a tribe, but NOPE ran some of the best OPs I have ever seen in this game, or at least in the world.

Mercs - former basher tribe. Not many of us left now, but easily the most memorable tribe I've ever been in. Still running OPs on Barb, with little to no result, props to them for that. They have turned things around in the south (after rlh3 deleted) and are picking up steam against us. K84 has turned into a pretty fun place to be.

Nuts! - I don't even know what to say really. According to me loads of mistakes were made. I mean academy tribes, the general recruit policy and then the Se7en merger. But nonetheless, we had or have good people who do know how to play well. Its just sad there's only a few people about still left. But it was always Nuts! vs the world, even if we did not merge in Se7en when MM and TPL were kissing upto each other, we still would be in this situation with fronts on both sides. Anyhow whatever happened, I am a part of nuts and happy to be there.

MM - My favorite tribe in this world by far, haha. They did exactly the opposite of what Nuts! did (or atleast I think so). They always had a small band of members who played well together, did not academize the north but instead nobled it and generally seemed invisible (until barb war). I always thought it would have been them vs Nuts! not barb. Anyhow but they ruined that by going ahead and merging with Barb, I did hear from their members on forums that we forced that move. But we didn't really, our NAP/Alliance was intact when we declared on TPL and the split the world in the middle rule stayed in place. We wouldn't have really jumped on them alongside Barb, probably jumped on Barb alongside them (much later on probably when they asked for help like they did with SAGA).

TPL - Dylan and his band of minions. Good players I guess, cant deny that. But they applied the same stupid recruit policy with conan members and those were actually the first ones to fall when shit hit the fan. But they held out reasonably well when Nuts! justifiably turned on them although did lose quite lot nonetheless (several players lost and plenty of villages and btw there was no fighting back for a very long time if I remember right). Then the nubs merged with Barb which had to happen, it was obvious but sad.

Se7en - Dont know what to say. Leader merged his players into Nuts! and then left to join Barb just to attack em all, Lol. But the tribe had Green as a player so must have been decent. Besides they fought a three on one gang bang, impressive for any tribe to survive as long as they did in those circumstances.

Barb - Absolute losers, who the hell does two merges at end game anyway? Lol I hear someone called Jess leads this tribe, dont even know who she is ;O. But they will win this world probably unless something changes radically (which we can try to do). Never expected them to even get to here, sad times (not for them though).

ChAoS (W25) - Best tribe ever cause I had duke :D But then everyone quit and it died out. But probs the best combination of players possible, and I actually mean that.

*And now you can all start with your flames <3

Se7en - Been with the tribe since the beginning, came over with a few friends from w63 and we had a really rough spread. Key for our survival was to play it smart and not piss off any tribes and not putting ourselves on the radar so to speak. We did really well early game to mid-game, and diplomatically our main move was to ally with BARB in which we did. This was a good and a bad thing, as it ultimately led to us two being end-game threats thus everyone wanting to take us out, however I do not regret it as we did help each other out when we needed it most, and we made awesome friends as well. Sadly, our activity was our downfall especially during the Nuts/TPL/c0nan gangbang however we did hold our ground impressively and we did finish off c0nan. Proud of the tribe and most of it's members, and I know I will be playing with some on future worlds.

Nuts! - Was good when we first joined, however Amanda micromanaged all the time and never stepped up to the plate herself unless it was with diplomacy. They had too many noobs that were playing as individuals in a team game, and that did show during the BARB war. Inactivity killed this tribe, and ultimately will lead them to their loss this world. Could not get their priorities straight in terms of wars, and it cost them especially with numerous amount of warning from their own members. Amanda relied on a strategy of backstabbing and merging, which could not help her when TPL and BARB declared on her.

BARB - Great folk, great players that always help each other out when in need. The only time they had trouble was in K64 when I was nobling villages from Erik.Cartman :icon_biggrin: but they are great. Great leadership, awesome teamwork.. can't really criticize them much. The stats speak for themselves in regards to their war activity. All in all, awesome tribe.

MM - This was a tribe that was feared by all in 67, played the game respectfully and demolished everyone in their way up until BARB. Never really interacted with this tribe as we were on opposite ends of the world, however Se7en at one stage was an op away from attacking in K44 and nobling there until things changed last minute and we declared on IR. True story. :)

TPL - Had a good relationship with this tribe, but I guess it was fake due to their strategic alliance with Nuts! to try and get them to attack us with them, did not see them declaring on us coming, nor did we see Nuts! declaring on us until we were notified a day or two in advance when the first world war was breaking out. However, they are a solid crew. I do like playing with them now and I do like them more than I did when I was in Nuts (obviously). Solid team work especially when they attacked HowBoutDat, however they did tribe hop a bit.

669 - Tribe ran by the 4chan invasion, i saw the recruitment thread on 4chan and joined them, after last playing in 2011ish, full of noobs and ran into the ground by an inexperienced duke, me being the highest ranked person in the tribe meant that me leaving caused an avalanche of people leaving.

Dots - Ran by Showl, Paul wil slap u. decent start up tribe, went unchallenged until MM declared on us, then the holes began to show, little to no coordination, people wouldn't send their nukes or defense because of fear they may need it to protect themselves, a select few fought, but to no avail, the tribe collapsed and MM took the spoils.

MM - A tribe of such I've never been a part of before. duked by Garrock, his cool and calm leadership looked like it could do no wrong. low member count made up of skillful team players, we steam rolled anyone standing in our way, until the only thing standing in our way was BARB. MM declared and the biggest war of the world up to that date had began. MM took the early lead, started with the first war cap taken by me :p, fighting went on for a bit over a month and MM's low member count showed to be its Achilles heel, a small amount of players went AWOL and BARB pressure and constant follow up OP's on vulnerable front line players showed the cracks in MM's facade. Then suddenly, a shock sight as Nuts! and Se7en merge to create a 110m+ juggernaut, all fighting on MM and BARBs account went dead. Nut's! shifty and slimy reputation done them no favours as MM and BARB merge to take on the tribe that many thought were going to steam roll the world.

BARB - A tribe of now battle hardened warriors, constant wars had solidified the tribes position on the map, full of skill and passion, our front line with nuts! was made up of some of our most aggressive attackers, and skillful defenders. constant merges and back stabbing on nuts behalf had left their members soft and out of shape, nukes came rolling in and many crumbled. BARB achieved 45% dominance not long ago, and at current pace should reach 60% in about 6 months.

thats my story of tribal wars so far

You forgot to mention how we owned K46 even if it was only for a short time

Mental wasn't really that great of a tribe, but NOPE ran some of the best OPs I have ever seen in this game, or at least in the world.

Thank you. This means a lot to me as (I believe?) the only member of NOPE. still playing this world even though I was a ridiculous noob back then.

SU!

Crap beginner tribe, just a tribe that get's the points in early and believes they will win on that alone regardless of teamwork or co-ordination

AO

A tribe that had inexperienced members and a leadership lacking, I always felt bad for leaving this tribe but it had to be done.

NOPE.

The best tribe I have ever been a part of (No offence BARB, but NOPE. always had the numbers stacked against them and I was never with you guys earlier on) the Co-ordination of Sila. was great and I loved the strictness on recruitment and diplomacy, we lacking experienced players but that didn't matter with how meticulous OPs were when being set up.

C0nan:

Sucked, Sila. was inactive at this point and we never had a leader that could follow in his footsteps and demand the respect a leader should have, also too many ego's about including myself.

TPL:

A hard working tribe, never giving up and never slacking off. A few of us died on the way but the legacy they left on this world after the war with Nuts! will live on.

BARB: A relentless tribe with the only thing slowing them down is nobles, the members happily sit each other when needed and they attack as often as they can whenever they can, what more can you ask from a tribe?

I have been in one tribe this world, and I am leading so i think that makes me biased :?

Barb is like any other tribe, in any other world during end game. Full of People who are active and help out and dead weight which is carried for its troops.

What i love about the tribe is we have never been held down by diplo, everyone wants to war and wants to fight everyone. People never complain (and never have) when another war shows up in our reports. And while its no secret that we have a ton of big egos who talk a lot of shit, those players are usually the first ones to help with sits, snipe etc. Im really proud of the players we have picked up throughout world by my apparent merge whore ways :D

no point in sucking up, you won't be getting an invite.

Lol, I would be the LAST person to ask for an invite. Even war is more likely than me to ask for an invite <3

And that wasn't a suck up nub, that was a joke. I thought she was supposed to be 'hitler-ish' from what I heard.

Im strict i suppose, I think most people take rules and "discipline" being laid out for them easier for a woman though. Josh is probably scarier than me :D

Well I could go with the tribes I've been in since the start of the world even though I don't play anymore.

AFLAC: I was one of the leaders of that tribe so a bit biased I guess. Thought we had a lot of skill but also had some good players quit due to various reasons which hurt the tribe. Could've definitely done better on this world. But oh well some of us remade that tribe on w73 with a bunch of other people.

Gray: Mattcurr's tribe was pretty good with a lot of skill in it but wasn't really meant to last as it was pretty obvious there was a split in the tribe in locations between the 3 original tribes which made up the 1 big tribe, as well as the fact that everyone knew Matt and a lot of others would be quitting soon.

Purr: Awful tribe. Awful leadership. No coordination and complete lack of teamwork.

MM: I was in this tribe for a bit and when I was there they had fantastic teamwork, and participation in ops and faking. Probably one of the best tribes I've ever been a part of with both skill AND teamwork. The low member count seemed to hurt them in the end though apparently after I left when they couldn't sustain it after a few players went inactive or quit.

There something I never got in regards to everyone criticizing MM's member account, account count is not the same as player account cause the co-players everyone has. From what I knew, didn't MM have more than enough players? Just less accounts covered between them (which was good).
