I have to disagree. Though I admit there are a few noobs, a few noobs does not make an an entire tribe "straight up noobies."
We have experienced members, as well, and are undergoing a reorganization to strengthen the family.

It is pointless to noble 1k points villages of monstruous MEA10
Just turn them into farms.
ODA raise, free recources, but one negative is that they grow slower than abandon
