There's a lot to like here, love to see a no watchtower, no church, no night bonus world!
But as many people have said already please reconsider 3-tech, it's not a popular setting in the first place and we just had a 3-tech world.
Mixing 3-tech with archers is downright counterproductive, both settings have merits on their own as they allow for a bit more strategy but by mixing them together they cancel each other out.
There's not going to be any room to experiment with differently teched def villages if you need to tech archers as well, and 3-tech will simply lead to MA being completely ignored (even more than they already are), since off villages are short on tech levels in the first place even without MA.
Let us have fun playing around with different troop compositions and finding the right amount of archers/MA against different enemies
or let us play around with different tech levels, can't have both.
Adding more units along with a setting that punishes using many different units is counterproductive, so add 1 not the other.
Archers are by far the more popular setting so it should be an easy choice.
Personally I don't mind a 3 village start, but this could become a really long world so consider either going 2 village start if it has to be multi village, or up the world speed a little.
