so if i equip my pally with the sword weapon and send him with some swords to support a village, will the sword bonus effect just my swords, or mine and the village's swords?

As far as I'm aware, it affects all swords in the village - yours, Joe Soap's and Ronald MacDonald's.

i thought supporting pally weapons dont affect, so they do?

As far as I'm aware, it affects all swords in the village - yours, Joe Soap's and Ronald MacDonald's.
In Ronald MacDonald's village, however, your troops will gain +25% fat, die earlier, move slower and be significantly be worse in bed (and thanks to this effect, the production of swordies will be reduced).
Fat kills pop! Be aware!

All paladin weapons affect all troops in the village (but more than one of the same do not stack).
