I've been using 4 scouts and 1LC as the minimum

LC should be one, assuming no wall. That holds true for all worlds(?)

https://en89.tribalwars.net/stat.php?mode=settings The scout system says it shows foreign troops. I believe on such worlds you need 4 scouts minimum to not lose one.

I've been using 4 for no losses. Just run sims for any questions on troops

Not sure I would call it a war, but we are in dire straits. We won't survive unless you join an account.
