amount of troops built by the account manager ?

Is it possible to change the ammount that account manager is building per turn ?
I mean, 50 HC is a bit much per turn atm...
Cant support the cost! Would be better with 10/turn!

As far as i know, they just build a few troops at a time to make sure ques are full. thats what my acc manager did when i used it in w63.
