Thebrute7 was fully within his right to lock that thread, and in my opinion it was a good decision. It was bound to turn into a flame fest, not to mention you posted for someone who is banned, which on most occasions would mean you'd join them on a forum holiday.
Next time you want to appeal against something, mail Thebrute7 instead of creating a thread. If you don't feel comfortable doing that mail an elder instead. I'll let him handle this, and support any punishments that come as a result.
