As for requirements for joining:
-Being in K45
-Grasp of the English Language
-Not being a Jerk
-Being Active
-Not hording your resources or troops
-Not being Milen, JayJ, or any of the other mods that tried to recruit me into -EV :icon_confused:
-Willingness to use an offsite forum.
