when did pp start having a 20 day cancellation period on it?

I just bought 1500 and when I tried to give a few hundred to friends I couldn't...

I realise it's probably a security thing, but what a pain...

oh man.. I surely hope that's not the case. I personally buy my points though a friend that no longer plays this game, if he can't send immediately I'm very likely going to find myself making countless calls to an off phone, waiting for my premo for weeks...

Yeah I did the same and wanted to transfer to my accounts on other worlds only too find I was stuck with it, but guess I could have cancelled lol
