Request Circular Mail to a tribe that is not my own

I have an academy tribe, I would like to know if a script exists that I could use on my academy tribe's profile, giving me all their mail addresses, the same way the game does when I use the circular mail feature for my own tribe.

The best way of doing is to use this tool: http://www.twstats.com/en88/index.php?page=mailing_list
You add your academy's name and then you copy the result in the To: field on the Write message screen.

You can send the same mail to max. 50 players at once.
You need Premium account for this.
