You can still join. And experienced players dont need to start early to be successful. Your just being lazy.

ye im lazy, i dont wana start again beacuse im in world 53(clearing the rest) and 56(in a war atm) so i dont have much time to care for a 100point village,if i get a good account then i will pay a lot of attention that why.
