Whenever you click submit your request in the Request Support page, the page refreshes and resets everything you had manually selected. I would rather the page didn't forget which villages I had selected each time I click request, because sometimes I have to resend the same template a second time or just uncheck a couple villages and send something else.
Resetting the selection can otherwise be accomplished by clicking select all twice or manually refreshing the page.
