OT is like sex, slightly better in some ways and slightly worse in others. Yeah noobs usually get flamed in OT. That is one of many reasons why OT is win.

OT can be confusing if you don't read it often. First you must lurk and get to know people before posting and gain a reputation there before starting a thread. Otherwise you'll get flamed and in my opinion OT has some of the most intelligent and best flamers in .net. Sadly though the best ones are leaving or have left. :(
