i see that free trade is deactivated as of now, but i remember in world 17, they later allowed it. is it going to be the same in this world where they will eventually allow it?

You can free trade with tribe members from the 7th of August at 11.30am server time, and free trade with anybody from the 29th of September at 7.30pm sever time.
