Wonder why people care about individual stats so much. I mean a player may have lost 3 villages net but his tribe has gained 50 sounds like a good trade off to me. Inactive members, isolated members, newbies.. A weak link is still a part of a chain. Its the tribe's job to do something about them seeing as they recruited them in the first hand.
