I would suggest sending a (well thought out) invite message to local tribes, you can get to that in Rankings next to Premium, Settings etc. and going to Continent Tribes. I was half expecting you to have like.. 400 points or something. However, a piece of advice. It looks better for a player to noble player villages than barbs and having as many troops as points is also a good thing. AND as well, tribe hopping is also generally frowned upon. Makes you look a little suspicious. That being said, good luck.
