It really depends on who is leading the brother/sister tribe, usually it is brother, it is often sister if the leader is female, it is really just random though
Yah basically this is the wrong world to ask about brother/sister tribes. There is so much room in each tribe you dont need to have teh complication of a separate leadership structure. Now I see how this works in W19 with only 40 members per tribe.
I don't think they work. I did work it this way as you can now share forum pages. On Duke can now run loads of tribes at one time. No need for sisters tribes. When one tribe gets full start another and share the forums. Easy.
