Is the lag back?

ive been sending a load of trains out today, and, i keep getting them send like this:

Outgoing troops Arrival time
xxx 33:34:59
xxx 33:35:01
xxx 33:35:02
xxx 33:35:02

Granted, my laptop isnt the best, so if i send a <500ms train the waves get a little mixed up (hence why i dont send 5 nobles per train right now) but theyre always under 500ms, and usually under 300ms

but today, the ones ive been sending have been like this. im too lazy to recall them, also the person im attacking has never heard of sniping.... or defending in general... or rebuilding walls.... or rebuilding troops... so im not worried in the slightest right now, but im just curious as to whether anyone is having the same problem

Same for me, half of my trains seem to do this no matter how many times I cancel and resend. The player I'm targeting though can't send trains in under a minute so I've got nothing to worry about, but still it's annoying.

I get 3 within 100ms and then get one two seconds later...it's annoying

lag is terrible today. i even watched the server clock skip a few seconds. it happens like once every 2-3 mins.
