look at the local tribes around you, on the map.
I'm fairly sure your area is FENIX, TCSPC and GOD.
I suggest GOD, bucayse FENIX and TCSPC occasionally fight and that can get nasty as sin.
Just look on the tribe profiles, find the recruiters and explain in a well-mannered and intelligent way what you think you can bring to their tribe, and what they can do for you
