Rejected Make Table BB Codes work in mails

Simple as, its missing from functioning in mails, make it work <3

It's in the notebook why not mail as well : )

This idea is rejected as it was suggested (and rejected before).
Reason of rejection:

Tables would not render nicely in Chat messages (and chat is based on the igm system)
