Morale

Hello,

Recently I have taken the #1 spot in K27 and now I have low morale while attacking most of my targets.
How do you guys tackle this problem? Do you just waste more and more nukes? I would attack bigger players, but yhoo see there are none around me.

Thank you,

1.) There's always the strategy (for players with more than 1 village) of attacking their smaller village which often has worse techs/walls, so killing off their support their easier.

2.) You could also use a morale basher.

3.) You could convince them to noble a wallless/low tech village, then repeat option 1.

4.) You could use more nukes.

2.) You could also you a morale basher..

§6) Push accounts

Push accounts are forbidden. A push account is an account that is not being played for its own benefit, but primarily for the benefit of other players.

Accounts that are knowingly being pushed by push accounts will also be punished.

Examples:

  • If you decide to quit the game it is not permitted to continue playing your account primarily to help or push other accounts. Use of an account sitter for this may result in banning of the sitter’s main account as well.
  • Downsizing your account to act as a "morale basher" for another player is forbidden.
  • If you are receiving resources from a push account you have to report this. If you do not report the transports your account may be banned together with the push account!
  • Gifting small amounts of villages to friends is allowed provided that your account is still benefiting and growing.
  • It is forbidden to gift villages then noble more villages if the account owner is leaving the game. Gifting villages in order to relocate is allowed.
  • Resource transports are fine, but it is forbidden to just send out resources from an account that is not growing or being played. Thus, sending resources from an account being gifted is strictly forbidden. Arranging for other players to farm resources in an account that is not being played is also forbidden.
  • When a player quits, it is acceptable to send out the account's troops so villages can be gifted. However, once gifting has started it is strictly forbidden to recruit any troops or upgrade buildings.
  • If an account is being gifted it is however permitted to retake lost villages and rebuild the wall, rally point and church in villages being attacked. This is the only exception to the above examples.

Get a tribe member to hit them, then noble it. Then when they want a big village you have to clear it for them. It's like an army of two which cover each others weaknesses. :icon_razz:

My partner in crime demands resources every hour. :icon_evil:

It all depends on the extremity. Having players that bash for you so much that they never grow would be illegal. But having players that bash for you and grow (however slowly) is legal.

Also iCorrect has another useful idea.

Morale is a serious issue for most of us on various worlds.

The body of this post is a little off topic and may spark a debate off the topic of the original thread title but.....

It has been suggested a world be opened for those playing a long, long time. For us more serious players.

This world would have optimum settings.
Including no morale penalties. (Except for those accounts accessed by multiple IPs) A retirement world of sorts, a world to end all worlds.

The original debate stems with the idea that - say each of the first 40 worlds creates a tribe in this new world made up of say 70 or so members (because as always, attrition will be a factor), these members are made up of great players from a particular world.

The obvious problem here being some players may very well play a few worlds and so loyalties are divided. Also who has the authority to pick 70 or so members from a particular world?

The idea, is appealing and as Innogames is a money making industry, if the idea was lucrative enough they may oblige, so a debate and idea session on each world may very well perfect the idea and so is not futile.

Anyway my counter suggestion to the idea above is a world that players buy into. To buy in, your IP must exhibit the needed activity and
previous prominence. In the situation that a prominent player has changed address they must provided Innogames with account evidence that a prominent account was indeed theirs. Upon purchase into this world, players are confronted with a secret forum until world opening. Here people put forth desires for premades, starting times, and locations as per usual.

From here things may differ as most people joining this world will most likely have been recruited for certain tribes, also most won’t want to start isolated so premade ideas won’t be an over issue.

Another nice advantage is not everyone will aim to join the core. Variation for survival will be a major factor.

*Each player should be afforded one restart.

*Players get to choose their exact starting K. Thus meaning the best planned tribes are benefited.

*The world should have maximum limit that should be reached before launch.

*Also possible would be if 48hrs before launch players are told to register starting K location and it’s done automatically.

Anyway, these are just some ideas. I would welcome improvements and thoughts.....Maybe someday our service to this game will be rewarded in an epic world.

Who wouldn’t want to be part of the tribe that rules the epic world? I for one would pay a 12 months or so PA fee for a chance to join a tribe on such a world or lead one.

If you work as a tribe as was mentioned morale does not become much of a problem.

However sad it is morale is needed to keep the interest up for all not just for the 50 or so players that are on 24/7

Who said anything about having anyone downsize just to bash? A proper Moral Basher gets growth from the deal too. They attack the targets you assist them with growth.

This can be done by: Giving them res to replace their lost troops, they will lose less than you due to moral so not a bad option, and as you can then easily keep the targets clear while nobling, you give them the smaller villages of the target.

Assist them with nobling, provide prenobling for them so they can build more troops and not have need of full trains yet.

Provide defensive troops to protect them. This allows them to go full offense to make their bashing even easier.

All of the above mean the basher grows with you therefore does not fall under the rules of a push account.
