What Happened:

I'm wasn't expecting the noblemen being decommissioned to show up in the 'Noblemen In Education' window.

As expected, the noblemen in education count matches the real total number being trained.

Working as intended?

To better visualize it tho they could turn the number red if its being decomissioned instead of trained
