I always thought it was normal to have slightly more troops per villages than what is currently shown:

I'd guess that the barbs/deadnoobs are serving as vengeful outliers from what we'd normally see.

If you're suggesting that it's merely a low score compared to most worlds, it's cause we all love each other so much. :3

Maybe the fact of all our constant wars might be having an effect on troop levels

Barbs are taken into consideration when looking at the village count on those stats.
