Location - 7/10: Farms are never short, but fair few tribemates around, and the K boundary is usually a diplomatic one.
Tribe - 7/10: Not quite R4ki to work with small numbers, OD may be a bit high to be properly respectable, but thats alway a debating point. Bit clustered too, but could well do the job before merging into a larger tribe.
Points - 6/10 not good enough, may be limited by poor noble targets, but still.
OD - either 4/10 or 8/10: 4 because you may have cleared needlessly, wasting troops early on, and wasted nobles since then due to non belief in your nuke. Or 8 because you might have a nice troop count with the low OD.
