Does anyone know if the restart in center of tribe option is turned on?

doesn't matter. you have to be nobled to do that don't you? i wouldn't know, i've never actually restarted myself. i just made do because i'm lazy.

... it only applies when your rimmed, not when you "restart".

Only after they've been rim does it work

not on a general restart

Yep too many close by is a pain in the ass. But one dotted a few continants away needs to move closer ^^
