I can't find it anywhere but when you restart can you restart to the middle of the tribe?

You can only restart in the middle of your tribe when all your villages are nobled.

It is an option for every world except those which do
not allow choice of location. Next time just check the settings for the world at the top of the tw forums. Will save you some flames

Exactly lol. No point restarting in the middle of the tribe. It will just steal farm places from other tribe members.

Also, the tribe must have more than two people in it. Not sure the exact minimum, but I know it's more than two. lol
