Rejected Start Worlds With Atleast One Barbarian Village (For Attack Barbarian Quest)

By testing out a world which few players use, I discovered this starting quest cannot be completed due to there being no barbarians when the world begins. Essentially halting the quest line and growth of the player.

Since the quest cannot be passed until a barbarian is spawned, the game should either make the quest have the skip option if there's no nearby barbarians, or ensure each spawned player gets at least one barbarian village within a specific range.

Barbarians are spawned per amount of players as a game settings. We do not currently intend to revise this. :)

Besides this, there should always be a barb available to a player as the ratio is checked on each player join. More barbs will spawn if the ratio isn't being met anymore, so the scenario you describe would not be possible on a live world, unless the barb ratio would be intentionally set lower.
