he is a wizard and can predict landing times of trains up to a week in the future...

Hahah. That's awesome. I did it once, but the times were all much closer. It was late game in one of those areas where nobody has any troops, and the train had just been used. So I timed out when the train would be back, how long it would take to get to the next few villages, and sniped those time slots.

But if those nobles weren't used recently, then the only thing I can think is that he's just spamming small amounts of troops at the village constantly hoping for a snipe? Really not sure. But I'm not the best at this game, so that doesn't really mean much.

He could have just been carpet bombing en-masse, as Greenskin said. Gotten lucky with it, and that's the end of that!
