Rejected by Developer Troop account manager to stop producing (pause)

Make it so the troop account manager isn't cancelled when the farm becomes full. It just stops producing. Sometimes I cant join the game to make it work again and the next thing in queue is a farm so the village will end up stopping for a little, by making it simply not produce instead of removing the AM when your farm is full that'd work better
