Divide that figure by 8 and you'd be a lot closer to the actual price.

If you were to get PS, I suggest not buying Photoshop Elements. Get CS4. This way you have the pen tool.

If all you are going to be doing with Photoshop is making signatures, then stick with GIMP. While PS is slightly better than GIMP with signatures, it's not worth spending the money. However, if down the road you will be making more serious form of art (ie web design, digipaintings, etc) then PS is the way to go.

Photoshop elements takes the mick, got it at my school and tbh i'd rather use paint. But yea although i'm against illegal downloading, you could probably get it that way
